Lindsay Shaw – Exmoor Explored
Discipline: Painting/Mixed Media/Printmaking
For many years, Lindsay has been spinning luxurious fibre blends into beautiful skeins, in a stunning range of colours. Many are unique, handblended by Lindsay, and all are ideal for knitting, crocheting and weaving. Lindsay sells directly, through her Facebook page, and through selected local shops.
Lindsay has given numerous talks and demonstrations on the history and importance of wool and on the spinning process, and is always happy to share her expertise.
Lindsay is also a keen crocheter herself, and sells crocheted scarves and mittens alongside her skeins. All profits from her sales go to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
