Lucy Cooper – Hurstone Open Studios

Discipline  Printmaking, painting, drawing

Lucy Cooper’s work is most often inspired by organic forms, shapes and patterns found in nature, but also by memory and moments in time, often captured through photography and then translated into paint or print. Her work is sometimes abstract or explores a less conventional viewpoint. She finds inspiration in compositions she finds in the natural world while out walking or exploring outdoor places. Lucy trained in Art and Design and later specialised in Printmaking. Please follow on Instagram @lucycooperart
